The house has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. A folding extra bed is available (placed in the room with the double bed or out in the living room). The fresh bathroom has underfloor heating, wc, washbasin, shower cabin and washing machine and sink with sink. There is a lot to explore in Timmernabben which is a small idyll in itself. There is a fantastic fish smokehouse with summer restaurant 1 km from the house, where you can enjoy good food and drink in the genuine archipelago environment. Good pizzas can be found at the pizzeria 1 km away. The campsite with larger bathing area, playground and mini golf is next door. Popular paddle courts are available before the campsite (Stranda TK). Outdoor gyms and exercise trails are 2.5 miles away. Also visit Timmernabben's pride, the small caramel factory "Råsnäs Confectionery" where you can buy fresh freshly made sweets. Picturesque Pataholm is an enjoyable excursion destination with small shops in unique old-fashioned surroundings. You are also close to Oskarshamn, Kalmar and Öland. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
