The nearest bathing beach Högby lighthouse is 3 km away. You also have Sandvik, which is a fantastically beautiful beach. Popular Böda Sand is only 13km away. In Byxelkrok you can enjoy strolling down by the boathouses in the harbor or enjoy a good meal at one of the many restaurants. You only have 8 km to the popular restaurant Lammet och Grisen. The Öland trail runs outside the house for those who want to discover Öland by bike. You also have beautiful walking paths down to the sea. The house has a large garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. In the living room there is dining furniture and a sitting area with a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed if needed. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The house is on the same plot as another house, but when you rent the house, the house owners are not there, which means that you have the garden yourself. No camping allowed on the grounds, no charging electric cars and pets are not welcome.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
