The holiday home for 8 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with five single beds, a single folding bed and a double bed. There is also a terrace behind the outbuilding facing the beautiful fields / meadows, here is more comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun. Barbecue is available if desired. You also have a couple of bikes that the guest is responsible for as well as board games such as cube and badminton. The house has large living areas. Here you live in the middle of Öland with a perfect location for exploring. You are close to Köpingsvik (2.5km) with its popular fine beaches and Borgholm with its large restaurant selection. Everyone creates their favorite places on Öland, but Alvaret, Borgholm's castle ruins, Solliden, wonderful Byxelkrok and Böda's rolling beaches are popular places well worth a visit. Also take the opportunity to enjoy Öland's good body cakes.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
