The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders) and a fireplace. "Hökagården (SND055)", 2-room house 37 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 4 adults. Bright, cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. 1 open room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Entrance hall with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Small, open kitchen (2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating, air-conditioning. Upper floor: (ladder) open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 130 - 20 cm with 2 beds. Wooden floors. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Freezer approx. 150 l. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

For shared use: natural state property 11'000 m2. Barbecue, bathing jetty. Private: natural state property 2'000 m2 with trees, meadow. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Rowing boat (on request), parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, railway station "Smålandsstenar" 8 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 155 km, sandy beach 10 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km, lake Fegen 1 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
