The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, a single folding bed and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers and three toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stovetop, a microwave, a coffee maker and a stove.

A famous architect has designed this holiday home with a high standard at Bua strand north of Varberg. The house is located high and has an adorable view of the sea and the salt-splashed cliffs. The area is quiet and peaceful with many walking paths along the sea. Here you have both rock baths and small sandy beaches. Just nearby is the cozy harbor in Bua with its boathouses, the fishing port and the pleasure boats. A holiday home for those who only settle for the highest quality. Perfect for two families or friends who want to vacation together. On the ground floor there is a large open kitchen with kitchen island and dining area. There are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and laundry room. The large bright living room is open up in the nock. Large windows and the opportunity to open up the glass sections to the sea side. A room that has everything you want from comfortable seating and a fantastic view. On the terraced side of the house facing the sea there are several nice patios, some under roof, and comfortable outdoor furniture and barbecue. You have the morning sun on the entrance side of the house. Perfect for morning coffee. Upstairs there is another bedroom with three single beds and a toilet. A smaller open living room with seating and modern TV as well as a larger living room with sofas and an extra bed. The whole house has a comfortable underfloor heating and the plot accommodates all the family's activities. Down by the small boat berth is your rowing boat. The sea is free to fish in. In the small community of Bua there is most of it for your holiday. In the picturesque harbor there is a fish shop with fresh seafood, as well as ready-made dishes. In summer, the boathouses are open with delicious dishes in a wonderful atmosphere. Right next to the harbor is Bua's largest beach with a fine sandy beach and views of the harbor entrance and its passing sailboats. On the other side of the mane is a smaller familiar beach. From Bua you are close to the beautiful summer town of Varberg with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and is visible from afar. Just outside Varberg is Getterön, one of Sweden's most famous bird sanctuaries. Another nice excursion destination is Åkulla beech forests and for those who are technically interested, it is not far to the World Heritage Site Grimeton. If you are interested in golf there is a fine golfcourse at Klosterfjordens GK's in Åskloster. The house does not rent to youth groups. Welcome to a quality house with unique character and high standard.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
