Next to the house is the owner's residence, separated from your part of the large shared plot. Your house has ancient origins and has been carefully renovated while retaining its charm. The large living room has generous seating and a dining table as well as modern TV with chromecast for play channels, wifi and a lot of board games. There are also large areas here for all the family's activities. There are two bikes that you can use as well as various games. Falkenberg is buzzing with activity during the summer. Enjoy the nice summer town with its small shops, restaurants and cafes. You have everything within walking distance. The fine white beaches at Skrea beach quickly fill up with bathers on a hot summer day. Your slightly smaller beach has no tourist invasion. There are several golf courses nearby. For those interested in fishing, there is the opportunity in Ätran and in the sea. A fishing license is required in Ätran.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
