A lovely apartment with the best location in Falkenberg. Put on your bathrobe and walk straight out to Skrea strand's lovely, long sandy beach. Enjoy a vibrant summer life with both ice cream bars, restaurants and beautiful walking paths and nature areas. By bus or bicycle you can easily reach Falkenberg's cozy summer town. The apartment is part of a larger villa. You have your own entrance and patio in part of the garden. There is a spacious living room with an open, well-equipped kitchen. A large dining table, a comfortable sofa bed for two people and an Apple TV. Free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a sofa bed for two people and one has a double bed. Your patio at the entrance has outdoor furniture and a grill. You can use the lawn in the house's courtyard for family activities. Under the shade of the trees you will find coolness on hot summer days. You can reach Falkenberg's center by bicycle or by bus from a nearby bus stop. There are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops here. The fine, large sandy beach at Skrea quickly fills up with bathers in the summer. Just south of your home, you reach a lovely walking area and a nature reserve that offers rock bathing. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses within easy reach. The closest is Falkenbergs Gk. Through Falkenberg flows the Ätran, which has great nature experiences and walking trails. Ätran has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). Feel free to pay a visit to the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with service and a brewery with outdoor seating. To the north you quickly reach the fine summer town of Varberg and to the south Halmstad. By car you can also quickly reach Europe's largest shopping center GEKÅS in Ullared.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
