The apartment is part of a larger villa. You have your own entrance and patio with outdoor furniture, terrace awning and barbecue. The apartment is in the basement, but has plenty of light in the kitchen and living room. The bedroom has two single beds and the bathroom has a shower cabin. An open kitchen with all equipment and living room with a single bed and a sofa bed for two people. There is a modern TV and free wifi. A short walk takes you to the center of Falkenberg. There are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops here. The fine, large sandy beach at Skrea quickly fills up with bathers in the summer. In the southern part of Skrea beach there is a lovely walking area and a nature reserve that offers rock bathing. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses within easy reach. The closest is Falkenbergs Gk. Through Falkenberg flows the Ätran, which has great nature experiences and walking trails. Ätran has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). Feel free to pay a visit to the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with service and a brewery with outdoor seating. To the north you quickly reach the fine summer town of Varberg and to the south Halmstad. By car you can also quickly reach Europe's largest shopping center GEKÅS in Ullared.

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
