Welcome to a place called "Strandlyckan" meaning "Beach of happiness". This is a cozy accommodation with walking distance to Sweden's longest sandy beach, only 450 m. The house is located in the charming area with summer cottages and houses and is suitable for a family or group of 6 people. Here it is homely and you are greeted by a warm feeling and lush garden. The kitchen area is open with a kitchen table and stove with oven, a small refrigerator. There are two separate bedrooms each with 3 beds in each room, all with a bed width of 120x90x75. In both bedrooms is a bunk bed with a single bed. In the house there is a smaller toilet with sink and a larger bathroom with shower. Very practical and good when you are a larger group. The house is located in Mellbystrand and also close to Skummelövstrand, which is also a popular seaside resort with a mile-long sandy beach. If you get tired of the sea, there is a pool about 2 km from your accommodation. By the pool there is also a kiosk with simple refreshments and there is an entrance to this area. At the square in Skummelövstrand there is a small grocery store and cafes. At a convenient distance with more shops, you can walk or drive to Mellbystrand. Why not a trip to charming Halmstad. Another sweet spot is the town of Laholm, which offers cobbled streets and cozy shopping streets. There is a lot to do and see here. The house is nice, well planned and invites you to a nice holiday. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
