The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, three single beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a DVD player and a fireplace. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and three showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a stove.

Fantastic sea views and wonderful sunsets. Welcome to a perfect location with only 200 m to the mile-long beach and cooling sea. The house is white with a garden and a sea view. Here you can enjoy and have a nice holiday. This cottage is located in the idyllic seaside resort of Skummeslövstrand, which is known for its mile-long beach that awaits you. There is a glazed conservatory where you can enjoy all meals of the day. The house offers a total of 7 beds. The kitchen area is fully equipped with most things you may need and it also offers a dishwasher. There is plenty of seating and in the living room there is a stove that crackles well. There are three bedrooms in the house. One with a classic double bed. The second with single beds and the third has a bunk bed and a bed. There are 2 beds in the annex/guest house. This house not only offers a wonderful location, 2 bathrooms and many beds, but also an outdoor sauna for 6 people. Skummelövstrand is a popular seaside resort with a mile-long sandy beach. If you get tired of the sea, there is a pool about 1.5 km from your accommodation. By the pool there is also a kiosk with simple refreshments and there is an entrance to this area. If you want to make a day trip, visit Svarvareskogen, a green oasis with a large number of hiking trails and two exercise loops. For those who like tennis, go to Skummeslövs Tennisklubb, one of Sweden's largest tennis facilities. If you like adventure, you should go to Kungsbygget Adventure Park, they offer active experiences with summer tobogganing, zipline, climbing, cycling and bungy rocket. There is a lot to do and see here. The house is nice, well planned and invites you to a nice holiday.

Layout

There is a lake/open water less than 200 meter. You can also relax, because near BF-CCCR3 in Ängelholm you can go to the water.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
