The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double folding bed, two bunk beds, a double bed and a single folding bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a conservatory, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Here you live comfortably in a peaceful environment with a glass-enclosed veranda, open social areas and a generous range of activities for everyone. Close to beautiful nature with hiking trails, swimming beaches, fishing and cozy barbecue huts. The cabin has a perfect starting point for several nearby destinations such as Järvzoo where you can see Scandinavia's "Big five", Stenegården with craft shops, café, Lill-Bab's museum and so much more! A warm welcome to Hälsingland! A very pleasant cottage on a green plot with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy wonderful moments with the birds singing in the background. Inside the cabin, you have open social areas between the kitchen and dining area, a warming wood stove, a nice glazed veranda, perfect when it's a bit chilly outside. The cottage is on a shared property with other cottages but with a separate plot. Grillkåta is on the same property which is shared with other possible guests - booked on site. Pets allowed except cats. If you are more families who want to go on a joint holiday, you can also book house 44250 which is on the farm. There is a lot to explore around here! For those of you who want a bit of speed and wind, there is the option of downhill cycling in Järvsöbacken and for those of you who prefer to hike, you must not miss Järvsö klack, a nature reserve where you can see magical views from the mountain. At the top there is also a barbecue hut for those of you who want to enjoy a good piece of food with a view you won't soon forget. Also take the opportunity to enjoy local food in nice cafes, where it is home-baked with love. In central Ljusdal you will find all the services you need, just like in Järvsö. Warm welcome!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
