Renovated so that it offers all the amenities you need for a lovely holiday, while preserving and highlighting the house's unique charm. Perfect for the Swedish summer there are large areas for time outdoors, as well as making the most of the transition from outside to inside with a spacious glazed patio where you can enjoy the lovely views. There are seats out on the large terrace as well as on the small patio on the opposite side of the house so you can enjoy the last rays of the evening sun. The cozy kitchen is the heart of the house and has direct access to the glazed terrace as well as to the large terrace. The kitchen, glazed patio and living room are connected and invite you to socialize. On the first floor there is in addition to the kitchen and living room, a bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom. Up a fairly steep staircase you will find the upper floor, which is a sleeping loft with lower to ceiling. Where you can only stand in the middle of the room if you are of average length. Up here there are 2 cozy bedrooms with double beds in good quality, as well as a single bed in the hall itself you come up to when you go up the stairs. There is also room for a travel bed for a 0-2 year old if someone wants to take this with them.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
