The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a single folding bed and a double bed. This lovely holiday home is set in Sandvik, outside of Ronneby. It is set on an elevated plot and offers a panoramic view of the sea, which you can admire from the large terrace. The beach is only a few minutes away and there are fishing opportunities. The house features two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed, the other with two single beds. The kitchen and living room are open plan. In the living room you will find a TV with satellite channels. The kitchen features a fridge and freezer, a cooker hood, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher. The bathroom has underfloor heating and features a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. If you wish to explore the area there are plenty of places to see. Why not visit Kuggeboda berth, or the town of Karlskrona with it's interesting sea museum. You can also catch a ferry to the island Aspö. free of charge. Or take the car and drive over to the islands of Sturkö and Tjurkö. If you enjoy golfing you mustn't miss the beautiful golf course in Ronnebybrunn. On the other side of Karlskrona you will find Barnens Gård and a waterpark, a perfect place for children! Please note: Household waste must be source separated for recycling. Welcome to Sandvik!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
