Balcony. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Please note: smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 100 l. Fishing permit is not needed.

Supermarket 8 km, railway station "Karlshamn" 25 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 160 km, sandy beach 3.5 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km, lake Orlunden 3.5 km. Fishing possibilities 150 m. Fishing permit is not neeeded.
