Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the veranda. Shower/WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) with sloping ceilings, 1 room with 1 double bed. (steep stair) small gallery with satellite TV. Parquet floors. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Holmsjö, in an elevated position, 50 m from the lake, direct access to the beach. For shared use: natural state property 5'000 m2. Bathing jetty bathing place, fish-processing table. Private: natural state property 1'500 m2, meadow. In the complex: sauna (extra). Rowing boat, parking (for 3 cars). Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2 km, café 2 km, sandy beach "Husgölsstacken" 50 m. Cycle lane 7 km, cross country ski track 7 km, fishing possibilities 50 m. There is a lake/open water less than 50 meter. You can also relax, because near Skogstorp (BLE025) in Karlskrona you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
