General

The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue, a garden (fenced), an air conditioner and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a tumble dryer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Very beautiful, cosy villa "El Camino". In the district of Montgo, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 9 km from the sea, 9 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

There is a lake/open water less than 9 kilometer. You can also relax, because near El Camino in Xàbia you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
