There is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. There is a mall nearby, in 1,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Caleta in Xàbia you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
