The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a patio, a swimming pool (with children's pool, outdoors), a balcony, a terrace and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Costa Norte 4 km from Centro Vinaros: Apartment block "Om". In a quiet position, 400 m from the sea, 650 m from the beach. For shared use: terraced garden, 2 swimming pools angular (15 x 7 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:30-15:00 and 17:00-23:00). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Parking at the house, communal covered parking. Supermarket 650 m, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant 350 m, bar 450 m. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
