For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. In the house: lift, roof terrace. Grocery, supermarket 650 m, bus stop "Estación Autobuses Torrevieja" 1.6 km, railway station "Oriehuela" 31 km, sandy beach "Playa de los Locos" 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
