The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a bunk bed, a double bed and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an elevator, an air conditioner, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a swimming pool and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

This nice apartment is very close to the beach of Playa del Cura, but also near the center of Torrevieja. It is ideal for a sunny holiday with family or friends.

The property is 35 minutes' drive from Alicante airport and 45 minutes from Nova Murcia regional airport (easily accessible by public transport). As if that wasn't enough, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Zeni Boulevard and the Real Club de Campoamor golf courses are only 25 minutes away by car.

The apartment has a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed. In the kitchen you can prepare your favorite dishes independently and the balcony is ideal for a relaxing end to the holiday. The apartment is accessible by elevator and you can park for free around the building.

There is a lake/open water less than 4,4 kilometer. There is a mall nearby, in 450 meter. You can also relax, because near Alicante in Torrevieja you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
