The beach is 4 km long and that fact, together with the intensity and frequency of the wind, make it perfect to practice windsurf and sailing, for instance. The promenade is ideal for long walks surrounded by terraces, shops and much more.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
