General

The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo (wireless), a TV, a fireplace and a heather. In addition there is a patio, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool and a barbecue and there are five balconies or terraces and six air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, four showers, two washbasins, four toilets and seven hairdryers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a stovetop and a coffee maker.

The larger house, designed by renowned architect Rolf Blakstad, boasts luxurious finishes with polished limestone floors, ornamental fountains, and expansive rooms with stunning views. The villa offers 6 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a central fireplace, and balconies that open to breathtaking views. The Moroccan-style garden and sea-facing terrace provide peaceful spaces to relax and take in the natural beauty.

The villa’s expansive grounds are perfect for exploration, with fragrant herbs, mature olive and palm trees, and fruit-bearing trees like pomegranates, figs, and plums. The children’s play area and numerous outdoor spaces offer fun for all ages. The heated infinity pool, with its chic decked lounge area and shaded sails, is ideal for unwinding while overlooking the lush surroundings.

Just a 3-minute stroll through the private pine forest leads to Cala Xucla, a secluded beach cove perfect for swimming. The villa offers a dreamy setting for a romantic wedding, with options for a beachside ceremony or a cliff-top celebration with panoramic ocean views, especially at sunset.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
