The apartment entrance leads to a terrace with two tables and chairs, perfect for dining outdoors in a peaceful setting. Inside, the space is simple and cozy, with a dining area featuring air conditioning and a TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and all necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The apartment has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and closet, another with a double bed and access to a small terrace with a table and chairs, and a third with a single bed and closet. A bathroom with a shower completes the apartment. A cot and high chair are available for those traveling with a baby.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
