The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, two single beds and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. This is a gorgeous 3-bedroom villa in Ciudad Quesada. It's on Spain's beautiful Costa Blanca and is perfect for families.

The Guardamar beach is just 7 km away and the town of Ciudad Quesada is 2 km from here. From the house you can explore the wider surroundings. Torrevieja towns such as Elche, Cartagena and Murcia are also worth a visit. Restaurants and supermarkets are 500m away.

You can idle away the hours in the garden around the swimming pool and enjoy the Spanish way of life. The kitchen is completely furnished and both bathrooms have a lovely walk-in shower. The whole villa has air conditioning and up on the roof terrace there are loungers, a dining table and a barbecue. You can get a cot on request. You're allowed to bring 3 pets. The home offers bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
