Small, simple, comfortable house "Picasso", built in 1985, renovated in 2018. In the district of Ciudad Quesada, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district. Private: property 500 m2, garden 350 m2 trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Barbecue, public parking on the road. Grocery, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 1.5 km, railway station "Elche" 23 km, sandy beach 10 km, shingle beach 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: AquaPark 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 36 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
