Detailed information

The flat is on the third floor with lift and has a small terrace overlooking the urbanisation. A storage room with outdoor shower belongs to the flat, very practical to wash off the sand after a long day at the beach or to store the children's beach toys.

The flat is simply but comfortably furnished, offering a living-dining room equipped with a ceiling fan, a kitchen equipped with a gas hob and some utensils (kettle on request). You can choose between three bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two with two single beds (90x180). All bedrooms are equipped with fan and wardrobe. Apart from the en-suite bathroom there is another bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with a baby, we provide a cot and a highchair.

The sandy beach is just 150 meters away, offering a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy walks along the promenade with stops for coffee or ice cream. Playa de Piles has supermarkets, restaurants, and playgrounds for a convenient stay. Gandia’s historic old town is 10 km away, and the Oliva Nova Golf Course is 12.5 km from the flat. Note: Guests under 28 are not accepted unless part of a family. Passport copies of all guests are required. Pets are welcome, but events are not allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
