The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a patio, a garden, a barbecue, an air conditioner and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Marvellous view of the sea, the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Very large, very beautiful, very comfortable house "La Torre", 2 storeys. In the resort Monte Pego, in a quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises, single garage. Supermarket 5.7 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 950 m, café 1.1 km, bus stop 7.4 km, sandy beach "Les Deveses" 7 km. Sports harbour 17 km, surf school 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 7 kilometer. You can also relax, because near La Torre in Pego you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
