The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a patio, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a tennis court, a terrace, a balcony and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Very large, beautiful, cosy villa "Karma". In the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 8 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Stepped path (18 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 7.4 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 8 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Karma in Pego you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
