The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private, indoor), a barbecue and a tennis court. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

Large, cosy house "Sorolla", 2 storeys. In the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, indoor pool angular, secured (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Terrace, barbecue house, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox), parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 300 m, bar 600 m, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course 12 km, tennis 600 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

There is a lake/open water less than 8 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Gran Sorolla in Pego you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
