The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a DVD player and a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a barbecue, an air conditioner, a tennis court, a terrace, a swimming pool (private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Very large, beautiful, luxurious villa "Da Vinci", 2 storeys. In the district of MONTEPEGO, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 8 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large terraced garden, pond, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, depth 90 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Boules. Steep motor access. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 9 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course 12 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 3 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 8 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Da Vinci in Pego you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
