Very large, very rustic, very comfortable country house "Palomas", 2 storeys, surrounded by trees and fields. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Pedreguer, in a quiet, sunny position, 13 km from the sea. Private: natural state property, large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden wildlife garden and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, biotope, swimming pool angular (12 x 6 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 1.8 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 450 m, bakery 2.2 km, café 1 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
