This modern flat with private pool is located in the urbanisation Monte Solana near Pedreguer, about 8 km from the centre of Denia, the beach and the sea. The apartment is ideal for a vacation with family or friends.
The immediate surroundings are suitable for sporting (water) activities; there are several golf courses in the area. Besides enjoying the sun, there are plenty of opportunities for walking, such as the beautiful hiking trails on the Móntgo and Bernia.
The flat borders a nature reserve so the private terrace offers views of the surroundings and, in the distance, the sea. One room houses the kitchen and sleeping area and separately the bathroom. There is also a spacious roof terrace and a garden with its own swimming pool.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
