The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (with children's pool, outdoors), a tennis court, a terrace, a garden (fenced), an elevator and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Oliva Nova Golf: Apartment block "Keops", 4 storeys, built in 2003. 5 km from the centre of Oliva, 15 km from the centre of Denia, in the district Oliva Nova Golf Beach, in a quiet position, 200 m from the sea, on the golf course. For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool round (10 m diameter, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Single garage. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, sandy beach 200 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Golf course (18 hole), tennis 400 m, riding stable 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 200 meter. You can also relax, because near Urb Keops in Oliva you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
