Private: garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop, grocery, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar, café, sandy beach 300 m. Golf course (18 hole), tennis 500 m, riding stable 1 km, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Golf Oliva Nova 500 m, Kitesurf Schol 800 m, Golf Club House 500 m, Paddeltennis 500 m. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
