General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a garden, a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture, an air conditioner and an elevator. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a toilet, a washbasin and a bidet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and a stove.

The exterior area is fabulous thanks to the great shared chlorine pool that sizes 30 x 15 metres and has depth from 0.5 to 1.9 metres. You will also find a children pool of 0.5 metres water depth. After a cool dip tou can relax at the private terrace which is equipped with a table and 4 chairs where you can spend lovely evening with your loved ones.

The apartment is quite comfortable and helpful since its features a great space that comprises the kitchen together with the living and the dining room. It also has one bedroom and a renewed en-suite bathroom with a tub.

The modern kitchen offers a ceramic hob and it is equipped with all needed utensils to cook during your vacation. The living room boasts beautiful views to the terrace and then the mountains and it comes with a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Finally, the whole accommodation is equipped with air-conditioning.

Located just a few minutes away from the beach and about 2.2 km away from the golf course of Oliva Nova, this apartment is perfect for those who love an active way of live being, at the same time, in a peaceful and in a family atmosphere. The pool opening hours are: from 9 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
