General

The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds and a double bed. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, a bidet and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a stove and an oven.

The apartment of 96 m2 is located on the ground floor and has three bedrooms. All three bedrooms are different, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and the third one with only one single bed. For the smallest guests, we will be happy to provide you a baby cot and a children high chair. All rooms share a complete bathroom with shower. The colorful living room has two sofas, a TV and a dining area. Here the common meals are a pleasant experience. The separate kitchen is equipped with all utensils, so you can spoil your loved ones with delicious meals. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are provided.

The beach playa de Miramar is very family friendly and relatively quiet. Also it is very popular with the surfers. In the surrounding area you will find restaurants, bars, shops and small supermarkets. In the wider area, you can easily reach other beaches like Pieles, Daimus, Oliva and Gandia. For the sports lovers, Golf Oliva Nova is just 13.5 km away. Culture lovers can visit the old town church of Gandia with its famous Doge Palace, the town hall and the "colegiata", a church built on a Muslim mosque. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
