The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds and a double bed. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, a bidet and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a stove and an oven.

This cozy 96 m² ground-floor apartment is perfect for a family getaway. It features three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and a third with a single bed. A baby cot and high chair are available for little ones. The shared bathroom is equipped with a shower. The vibrant living room includes two sofas, a TV, and a dining area, making mealtime a pleasant experience. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, and a washing machine, ironing board, and iron are provided.

The apartment is just 110 meters from the family-friendly Playa de Miramar, which is also popular with surfers. Nearby, you’ll find restaurants, bars, shops, and small supermarkets. Other beaches such as Pieles, Daimus, Oliva, and Gandia are within easy reach. For golf enthusiasts, Golf Oliva Nova is 13.5 km away. Culture lovers can explore Gandia’s old town, including the Doge Palace, Town Hall, and Collegiate Church, built on a former Muslim mosque.

Note: Guests under 30 are only accepted if traveling with family. Passport copies of all guests are required. Pets are welcome, but events are not allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
