General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a terrace, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a tumble dryer.

L'Atzúbia 4 km from Pego: Farm estate "Eretat", 2 storeys. In the resort 3 km from the centre of Pego, in a quiet position, 10 km from the sea. Private: property 10'000 m2, garden with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. Shop 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach 13 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. Hiking paths: VAll de la Gallinera. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 10 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Camino Eretat 11 in L'Atzúbia you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
