Private: large terraced garden, 300 m2 with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 180 - 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio (32 m2), arbour (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars). Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, café 3 km, railway station "El Albir" 5 km. Golf course (8 hole) 11 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Terra Mítica 11 km, Terra Natura 11 km, Aqualandia 9 km, Mundomar 9 km, Alicante 48 km, Aeropuerto Alicante 64 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
