Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Oliva: Large, beautiful, comfortable house "Paraiso". 3 km from the centre of Oliva, 24 km from the centre of Denia, in an elevated position on a slope, 5.5 km from the sea. Private: beautiful terraced garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 110 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. In the house: WiFi. Stepped path (16 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 5.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
