The dining area, which is in the same space, has a table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The kitchen has everything needed for you to cook your best dishes, including a gas stove. At the same time, this property also features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (all of them have fans), each with two single beds. Furthermore, the house has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

The area of Gandia Beach pretty much has all the amenities you will count on. It is only 100m from the fine white sand beach which stretches for over 3km. At the end of it, if you like water sports, you will able to find a sailing and windsurfing school. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
