Every Sunday afternoon (from June 15th to September 15th), a market is held, while in the winter months (from September 15th to June 15th), the market moves to Sunday mornings. Just 4 km away, you'll find a shopping center with numerous shops, cinemas, and restaurants.For nature lovers, a visit to L'Alqueria the Duc is a must. It is one of the springs that feed Gandia's Marjar, where fresh water flows from the nearby mountains. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
