The holiday home for 3 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a single sofa bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with an elevator and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a toilet, a bidet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a stove and a microwave.

After a day at the beach, unwind in the shared 14 x 9 metre chlorine pool, with depths ranging from 1.4 to 1.95 metres. There's also a smaller pool for children (5 x 3 metres, 0.45 metres deep). The flat’s cosy furnished terrace offers clear views of the village and is perfect for enjoying the summer weather.

This 46 m2 flat is located on the eighth floor of a building with a lift. The bright living room has a sofa and TV, and the adjacent dining area seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and basic utensils. The bedroom features two single beds and a wardrobe, while the sofa bed in the living room accommodates a third guest. The flat also includes a bathroom with a bathtub, plus a cot and highchair for babies, as well as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Situated near Gandia’s Grau de Gandia fishing port, the flat is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate year-round, with easy access to the long sandy beach, the Blue Flag promenade, and fresh seafood from the port’s fishmongers.

The pool is open from 10:00 to 15:30 and 17:30 to midnight. Note: Guests under 26 are not accepted unless part of a family. Passport copies of all guests are required for booking. Please consult the advertiser for potential additional charges.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
