This apartment presents a spacious, luminous and airy living-dining room, ideal to watch a film while resting or have lunch all together. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, has a long shape with countertops on each side to it is very helpful to prepare your recipes. The bathroom is large and counts with a shower. There are three bedrooms with a closet each one to rest in the apartament. One has a double bed, and the other two have two twin beds each. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. There is one fan available, as well as a washer, an iron and an ironing board.

This apartment in Playa de Gandía has all services nearby. The village counts with a marvellous fine sandy beach and also a great variety of ways to enjoy culture and nature. For instance, you can make an excursion to Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs that nourish the marsh in Gandia. The Nort beach is 3 km long and it offers sun loungers and sunshades rental and a great promenade full of bars and restaurants. The beach of l'Ahuir is much quieter and an important refuge for local plants and animals. The dunes of Gandia can be found there. Note: We cannot accept guests under 27 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
