General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bedroom and is equipped with a double sofa bed and two single beds.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave.

The residential complex features a communal chlorine pool (15 m x 9 m) with depths ranging from 1.5 m to 2 m, along with a children's pool at 0.6 m deep. Both pools are open from June to September, and outdoor showers are available for convenience. Enjoy year-round access to the tennis court (bring your own racquets and balls). The flat includes a private terrace furnished for relaxing while enjoying lovely sea views.

Inside, the bright living-dining room offers a sofa bed for two and a gas cooker, equipped with all necessary utensils for preparing your favorite meals. It's a cozy space for reading, watching TV, or enjoying a DVD with the kids. The bedroom features two single beds and a fan, while two radiators provide warmth on cooler days. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower and bidet.

Located in Playa de Gandia, the fine sandy beach offers all essential services for a perfect holiday. The three-kilometer-long Nort de Gandia beach features sun loungers, parasols, and a promenade lined with restaurants and cafés. For a quieter experience, visit l'Ahuir beach, known for its dunes and wildlife, ideal for surfing. Explore the historical charm of Gandia, where you can visit the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria, the Ducal Palace, and the Archaeological Museum, or hike to Bayren Castle for stunning views.

Please note, the swimming pool is open from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Guests under 24 must be accompanied by family. Pets are welcome, but events are prohibited.

Tourist license: AT-36055-V. Keys will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station; details will be provided prior to arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
