With fine golden sand and shallow waters, it’s the perfect spot for families and groups to unwind by the sea. The surrounding area is well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, providing a comfortable and independent stay. In the evenings, enjoy peaceful walks along the promenade, explore water sports, or indulge in the delicious Mediterranean cuisine offered at nearby establishments.

The house spans three floors, offering spacious and bright interiors with modern amenities. An exterior staircase leads to the main entrance, where you’ll find a welcoming living-dining area with a TV, air conditioning, and a dining table for six. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a washing machine. On the lower level, there’s an additional living-dining room with direct access to a terrace with a barbecue – ideal for enjoying grilled meals. The sofa here can also serve as a sofa bed. The three bedrooms are distributed between the first and top floors, each with a wardrobe and ducted air conditioning. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the second has two twin beds, and the third offers a trundle bed. An extra cot and high chair can be provided for families with young children.

Within the residential complex, guests have access to a delightful shared pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The chlorine pool measures 8 x 5 meters with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.8 meters, and there’s a children’s pool with a depth of 0.5 meters and 6 m² in size. Surrounding the pool, exterior showers make it easy to rinse off before a swim, while the shaded garden and benches provide a great space to unwind. The property also boasts private outdoor spaces, including a terrace on the main floor, ideal for enjoying breakfast, and a dedicated barbecue area for evening meals al fresco.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
