Very large, beautiful, comfortable apartment block "Bonaire". In the resort Playa de Gandía, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: swimming pool (20 x 13 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, communal covered parking space n I7. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 10 m, bar 20 m, café 50 m, sandy beach "Playa de Gandía" 10 m. Sports harbour 250 m, surf school 50 m, sailing school 250 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
