This great apartment is located 350 meters away from the beach in Playa de Gandía with a swimming pool and two tennis courts and offers accommodation for 6 people.

The common outdoor area of this cozy apartment is great. It features an amazing 37 x 30-meter chlorine filter pool with a water depth of 1 to 2 meters, a children's pool of 7 x 6 meters and a depth of 0.5 meters, an outside shower where you can wash off the salt after a long day on the beach and two tennis courts where you can spend great moments. In addition, the apartment has a beautiful terrace covered with an awning where you can enjoy your meals with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Inside you will find a comfortable living - dining room with a TV and air conditioning; the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you need for cooking, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board; two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub; and three bedrooms all with a closet. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and space for a baby cot. A high chair is also available. The second bedroom has a trundle bed and air conditioning. And the last bedroom has a doble bed and access to the balcony.

Playa de Gandía is perfect for those who like the good weather, as it is always nice all year round. The beach is very extensive and is only 350 meters from the apartment. It is about 7 km long of white and fine sand, ideal for enjoying a walk when the sun goes down. If you also love nature in the mountains, we recommend that you visit the so-called Ullal de l'Estany, one of the sources that feeds the Gandía marsh. It comes from the nearby mountains and the freshwater comes from underground.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
