General

The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo (wireless), a DVD player, a TV, two stair gates and a heather. In addition there is a boules court and a swimming pool and there are four air conditioners and two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a bath with shower, two washbasins and a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a coffee maker.

Enjoy a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment with a shared swimming pool. You will be received by warm and welcoming Dutch managers. The apartment has 2 balconies on the north side and south sides and there is parking available in the underground garage.

This home on the Costa Blanca is located in an area that is popular with golfers. In the city centre, you will find the village square with the church, the town hall and cosy cafés and tapas bars around. Enjoy the quiet Spanish life while you always have the lively coast, with great beaches and water sports possibilities. For children, there is a nice aqua park in the region and a day of walking in the nearby nature reserve Lagunas de la Mata y Torrevieja is also worthwhile. Admire the salt lakes that are known for the pink water.

There is plenty of cupboard space available, and there are DVDs and board games to keep you entertained. All bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. There is no lift in the apartment complex.

There is a lake/open water less than 17 kilometer. There is a mall nearby, in 100 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Casa del Segura in Formentera del Segura you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
