Small, beautiful, cosy terraced house "Pueblo Andaluz". 10 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet position, 300 m from the sea, road to cross. For shared use: large, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (depth 80 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, public car park. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant, bar, café 600 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 300 m, shingle beach 800 m. Golf course 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 300 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Pueblo Andaluz in Els Poblets you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
