The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool (with children's pool, outdoors), a terrace and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Very beautiful, cosy house "Nueva Playa", renovated in 2021. In the district of La Playa de les Deveses, in the resort 5 km from the centre of Els Poblets, outside the resort, 11 km from the centre of Dénia, 170 m from the sea, 170 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: terrace, garden furniture, parking at the house. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar 10 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 170 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 170 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Nueva Playa in Els Poblets you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
